Q: Where are the treats made? How do I know HELETY Duck Jerky dog treats are safe for my dog?
A: Our duck jerky treats are made in China. Nothing is more important than the safety of our products. The supplier adheres to stric food safety protocols, constantly monitoring/testing raw materials, production environment, processes and finished treats.

Q: If my dog doesn’t like it, can I return an open bag and get a refund?
A: Yes, HELETY products have a money-back guarantee. lf you or your dog are not satisfed for any reason, you can receive a full refund. It is not necessary to return the product.

Q: How many duck jerky treats should I give my dog a day?
A: Based on your dog's weight, we recommend giving your dog a maximum of: 1/2 treat for dogs 5-10 lbs, 1 treat for dogs 11-20 lbs,2 treats for dogs 21-40 lbs,and 3 treats for dogs over 40 lbs.

Q: Is the packaging resealable?
A: Our treats are stored in a resealable pouch that ensures freshness and prevents odors from escaping. Great for on-the-go activities such as walks or camping trips.

Q: Why does the chicken or duck meat look a little dark?
A: The chicken or duck meat will become dark in color due to Mailard reaction caused by the change of light and temperature for a period of time.

Q: Do you have any measures to deal with chicken blackening?
A: We have changed to vacuum packaging to reduce this phenomenon,but it will not be compeletly eliminated. This is a natural phenomenon,please don't worry. It's safe for dogs to eat.
